Initially certified to teach elementary and High School English Litrature and Language, I have taught public elementary school (grades 3-6) high school and adults in a variety of settings both in the USA and in Europe. Core specialties have been writing and English as a Second Language, but I have now spent a decade infusing my teaching with my passion and experience in the arts. As a teacher who is also a professional musician, artist and actor, I know the impact the creative arts can have on learning. My method integrates the arts into the teaching, and the curricular content into engaging, exciting arts activities.
