Holistic guidance considers all the parts of who you are, so that answers and solutions don’t just keep rebalancing the scales on a life that is never quite complete.

The work I do is a form of holistic counseling. I have taught psychic skills in the past, but this is not a psychic guidance session. My Master's training in Counseling Psychology from the CA Institute of Integral studies has taught me how to combine the best of diverse schools of wisdom and technique to help clients attain the highest healing, clarity, and well-being possible at that point in their lives. Integralism is a type of holism, but one that is about the essential that is common across the various “parts” of who you are. That is the golden thread that unites all of who you are into one being, who wants a happiness that is all encompassing.
Though the work is holistically centered and people sometimes think there is a huge gulf separating the different parts of the self, please understand that this is very practical and concrete work. I am a pragmatic holistic life coach, grounded in Psychology and years of experience with people from many walks of life. I have also been a successful entrepreneur and business consultant who helped many leaders in their field become even more successful. I achieved a MA degree in Counseling Psychology from the CA Institute of Integral Studies in 1997, and have worked as a coach and facilitator for even longer. (Integralism is a type of holism, but one that is about the essential that is common across the various “parts” of who you are. That is the golden thread that unites all of who you are into one being, who wants a happiness that is all encompassing.) I have taught personal development and meditation to incarcerated teenagers and have taught corporate leaders to grow their businesses and improve their business performance. I have staffed crisis hotlines and worked as a school-based behavioral health counselor. All this has combined to give me unique skills in helping people from many walks of life clarify the primary path of their lives, realize their dreams, and create success in their relationships and careers.
