I can answer any questions relating to fitness. Running is my specialty but I am also knowledgable in toning, diet and nutrition, especially in women, however, I am able and willing to answer any men's fitness questions as well. I can offer tips on achieving running or fitness goals as well as advice on motivation and training regimes.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been running and exercising since junior high and have competed in cross country and track at the collegiate level. I was most improved on my cross country team twice and have lost over 20 lbs from healthy eating and good exercise. I have found the best ways to get fit and lose weight while staying motivated at the same time. I have attended Get Motivated! seminars and learned how each person is motivated differently. It is important to recognize your personal strenths and weaknesses to achieve your goals and I believe I have the knowledge and passion to answer any questions.
