My true passion is learning to master the theory and philosophy of Classical Chinese Medicine.
My philosophical approach to treatment is to serve as a catalyst for the innate healing abilities that are already present in our own bodies. By addressing each client as a whole, encompassing body, mind, and spirit, I hope to assist you in achieving improved health and well-being. My philosophy is that each person is their own health expert enabling clients to feel empowered and encourages them to take control of their own well being. We are all our own health experts, and all have the ability to heal from within.
As an adjunct to my studies, I have studied many different forms of qigong and martial arts, which include Taichi, Xingyi, and Bagua.

Experience & Qualifications

I have pursued advanced studies in classical herbal medical texts, classical I Ching calculations, classical acupuncture techniques and diagnosis, and medical qigong.
I blend different modalities including acupuncture, Tuina (Chinese therapeutic massage), Craniosacral therapy, Herbal Medicine, Auriculotherapy, and Chinese Nutritional therapy to create an individually tailored session for each client.
