After being a part time student for over 10 years she has received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree. She is scheduled to graduate with her MBA in June 2007. She began to practice Reiki in 2001. Deborah is the founder of Innate Knowledge Coaching.

Experience & Qualifications

Deborah McAllister understands life and career transitions. When she stepped away from her corporate position in mid 2003 she used being a student as her cover to allow herself the time to re-discover her "passion" in life. Somewhere in the rush to drive to her success she left parts of herself asleep. The time away from the corporate world allowed her to move from San Jose, California to Longmont, Colorado in May 2004. Her life in Colorado is built upon a solid foundation of being who she is, asking for what she wants, and using her natural intuitive, caring and intelligence to create a fulfilling life.
Professional Background
Deborah spent over 20 years in the corporate, mid-size, small, and start up environments in diverse roles. A few of these roles included team development, leading teams of diverse individuals, project manager, accounting, financial analysis, financial expert for marketing, Six Sigma Brown/Black Belt, customer training, administrative, customer relationship management, customer service, and building dynamic teams. Some of her treasured moments where when individuals had achieved the ‘ah’ moment for themselves and watching individuals grow to their own potential. Her background includes working with Seagate Technology, Horizon USA Data Supplies, The McDonald Consulting Group, StorageTek, WorldWIT, STMicroelectronics, Core Electric, TSN, Dieterich Standard, Accountants on Call, Security Pacific, and Household Finance

Upon experiencing healing, peace and wholeness she was lead to give back by supporting others with their own non-judgmental journey for themselves. Deborah has an intuitive and presence that provides an open caring space to explore your own uniqueness.
Her interest lies in being able to reach women. To be able to support each woman who has limiting beliefs about themselves that hold them back from attaining what success is to them. Honoring their unique gifts and being empowered. To nurture the woman who is inside wanting to shine and staying in alignment with their true self.
Today Deborah blends all of these talents and interest to support others in their exploration.
