I am a professional Real Estate Inspector. Since 1987, I have been performing inspections for both Residential and Commercial Property. I have also owned and operated a maintenance repair company that performs repairs on every mechanical system within a residential home. I have provided expert witness services to some of Austins Top attorneys. When Real Estate agents build or purchase their personal homes I'm the guy they call.

"If you cant repair it you should not be inspecting it". TREC Licensed since 1987. School of Hard Knocks since 1980. "Anyone can take a 2 hr course or a 5 day course to obtain a certificate that says you passed but only a few can pass the 23 years of experience test"
