• I have about 15 years of Solid experience in Private Equity, Management Consulting, P&L, strategic planning, BSC, and Performance Management Systems
• I have managed a large scale and high value sophisticated projects in Engineering Industries, private equity, Oil and Gas, Logistics and Solar Energy
• I hold BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, certified as Project manager (CPM) from USA with pragmatic experience in strategy, BSC, business excellence and business development
• I have pragmatic experience in setting up the key performance indicators KPIs at the corporate, division and departmental levels; developing programs, and initiatives to achieve the KPIs of the organization.
• I am currently the Vice President - Private Equity and Corporate Finance with Al Dhowayan Group, responsible for ensuring the Group’s adherence to its core investment philosophy, communicating closely with clients (Portfolio Companies) and managing Post Acquisition teams and private equity funds and business.
• I served as General Manager and senior management consultant with prominent organizations in consulting, Oil and Gas and engineering Industries sectors.
• I have had extensive experience in Finance; Corporate Strategy; Risk Reviews, Venture Capital, Business Evaluations and Due Diligence Reviews; Business Planning, Private Equity, and M&A across a myriad of industries
• I have hand-on experience in Strategy Development & Execution, Performance Improvement and Process Re-Engineering, has a proven record of successful implementation of the Excellence Models, business plans, BSC, monitoring and evaluation plans
• I have hands-on experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects in the Middle East (GCC, Egypt and Jordan), Japan, China, Singapore, USA and Europe with an international exposure.
• I was engaged in evaluating many investment opportunities/ventures, managing the M&A of firms and providing value added services to an International Investment Group (Al Dhowayan Group)
