I've served as internal Director of IR for small capitalization internet commerce and enterprise software and technology reseller companies since 1999.
I previously managed small capitalization IR practice at two New York based IR consultancies.
I gained a broad understanding of initial public offerings, secondary market strategies and investor psychology as an institutional equity salesperson associated with both growth and value focused research teams.
I have been Series 7 licensed and am familiar with relevant securities laws.
