After starting out as a dishwasher at 14 years old I quickly jumped into cooking by 15 and fell in love with it. By age 16 I achieved my first Sous Chef position and have been managing Fine Dining kitchens ever since. I am well versed in many different cuisines including Asian, Mexican, Carribean, Thai, French, and Italian. Helping people is something I love to do. Whether it's answering questions from other chefs in the business or problems my friends might have in their own kitchens. I have catered small dinner parties of 15 and weddings of 200+. I have been known to solve just about any problem that presents itself when it comes to food.
