hi,
for the past 2 years i have been a moderator on an online help forum, i have answered questions varying from simple 'how do i send an email in this software' to 'i'm compiling a multi scale application but my programs keep freezing, how can i fix this?'
it is not professional per-se, but in my experience i can solve 99% of problems
