I have 12 years of experience with Operating Systems, Computer Repairs(both Hardware and Software), Networking issues, Wireless, Internet, Price Quotes for Business Computer Needs. I support the following Operating Systems: Windows 3.11, Windows 95, Windows 98 and 98Second Edition, Windows ME, Windows NT (Workstation and Server), Windows 2000 (workstation, Server, Active Directory), Windows XP (all Editions), Windows 2003 (server, workstation, ect...), Windows Vista (Home and Pro), and last but not least Windows 7. I support ALL Microsoft Office Products in ALL Versions. I can also support many other software products (just ask me). All Plug and Play peripherals, and most non-plug and play peripherals.

Experience & Qualifications

I worked for the State of NH for 11 years: The first 5 years were spent working as a Local Area Network Specialist for the NH Court System on a toll free Help Desk Phone line. I answered questions about Microsoft products (OS and Programs) as well as Proprietary software and programs. There were 3 people working in the Help Desk environment. The next 6 years were spent working for NHCTC-LACONIA Technical College. I supported ALL of the computers, networking equipment, Operating Systems, Servers, and Programs installed by me and my "Work Study" student staff. I quickly became well adapted to the system at the college and could support even the most proprietary software that was used as the Student's database. I also worked from home as a help desk technical engineer for PlumChoice Computer Help (a company out of Bedford, MA). They had many technical engineers working from home calling clients that scheduled time with us to help them with their computer support issues. So I have lots of real world experience and I know how to troubleshoot almost ANY computer issue over the phone and/or in an email.
