My specialty is general animal care, such as husbandry and behavior. I can provide training/care tips and suggest products to help solve your animal problem or question. I can also suggest alternatives to store-bought products if you are having a problem or can't afford the retail price tag. My philosophy is to educate people so that they AND their pets are happier. I try to get to the root of the problem, such as finding out WHY your rabbit is not using its litterbox anymore, instead of just recommending a taller litterbox! Overall, I believe if you invest in a pet and everything it needs to be happy and healthy, you should enjoy your family member, not let it get on your nerves!

I have personally "owned" and cared for many types of animals. At home, I kept dogs, cats, rabbits, fish (fresh & marine), doves, cockatiels, gerbils, guinea pigs, geckoes, and a horse. For 3 years I cared for many other animals at the pet store, including ferrets, mice, sm parrots, snakes, and chameleons. I also taught beginner Western horseback riding lessons and used Parelli Natural Horsemanship to train my own filly. I am NOT qualified to give diagnostic medical advice, but I can help you decide whether a visit to your vet is necessary.
