I provide Consulting and Paralegal Services in all aspects of federal criminal law. I manage a Nationally recognized Consulting and Paralegal Services firm. I have drafted hundreds of briefs and memoranda, many of which are published case law. Over the years I have had many successes for clients ranging from sentences vacated to immediate releases. I have set precedent in a published pro se case in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. I also assist attorneys and/or defendants in all federal prison related questions and issues including administrative remedies. I specialize in post-conviction assistance, from sentencing mitigation briefs, defendant's sentencing memoranda, and pre-commitment consulting to appellate and United States Supreme Court brief drafting, case assembly, research and review. I have extensive knowledge, with more than a decade of experience, in all aspects of federal prison programs, transfers, residential drug assistance programs and compassionate releases.
