Running is one of the best ways to get fit and to stay in shape. Equipment and facility requirements are minimal. Oftentimes, it requires little more than for you to step out your own front door and run. However, as many have experienced, it is not always simple to prepare an effective training schedule, set solid goals and track progress.

Experience & Qualifications

I have been running since the age of 14 and I have logged thousands of miles as a competitive high school and Division I college athlete. I have run hundreds of races on the track, in cross country and on the roads. I have experience training and racing in distances as short as the 800 meter run and distances as long as the marathon.
