I am also a clinical certified hypnotherapist and have received my training from The Hypnotherapy Institute of Seattle and The Institute of Thought in San Diego California and trained under the World Renowned Dr. Joseph Costa.

I have been practicing Transpersonal Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy & Alternative Medicine and in private practice for over 28 years working with families, couples, individuals, groups and business proprietor’s for greater success. My expertise includes Visionary healer in the field of Mind, Body, Spirit, Energy Medicine; Thought and Thinking Purifier, helping clients to understand the relationship between their thought and thinking and how this affects their relationship with self, others and creating abundance in their life; Carl Jung and Edgar Cayce work in terms of Dream and Waking State and Metaphor Interpretation and gaining wisdom in understanding as to what the messages are from your higher self and how this will help guide them in their daily life to make better choices for self growth and happiness. As a “Licensed Mental Health Counselor” and clinical psychotherapist, I provide alternative medicine, and counseling to a variety of clients. Therapeutically when I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families, I primarily use a systemic approach to therapy. It recognizes the importance of how the family interactional dynamics affect an individual sense of self in their internal and external interactions and/or relationships with others. I focus on gaining an understanding of the client’s transgenerational family dynamics, patterns of behavior, preferred orientation, and needs by asking the client questions and listening to their responses. I will sometimes use an eclectic therapeutic approach: Psychoanalysis, Hypnotherapy, Brief solution-focused, dream analysis, guided imagery, object relations, behaviorism, gestalt, and existential, focusing and inner-child work. I might incorporate any of these modalities into the treatment process, if the client is comfortable with that particular orientation and it is beneficial to the client’s therapy process. I personally, find the Focusing process the fastest modality of treatment to facilitate a client into rapid recovery.
My background as a Crisis Intervention Specialist has greatly developed my clinical expertise in identifying and clinically intervening with the appropriate intervention techniques such as : crisis intervention, solution focused counseling, making collateral contracts, and if warranted make further recommendation/referrals. This intensive field of crisis intervention experience has allowed me to become a well-seasoned therapist where I have worked high profile cases. My varied experience skillfully allows me to effectively work with a wide range of issues including; trauma, emotional abuse, drug/alcohol abuse issues, relief from depression and stress, relationship and communication skills, adolescent, family, parenting issues, life threatening illness, individual, couples and marriage therapy, and family of origin issues. Additional clinical issues I am skilled at working with depression, anxiety, anger, dysfunctional families, grief and loss, intimacy and sexuality, self-esteem, and personal growth issues.
I can also provide personal/professional visionary coaching, in order to help clients, whom are struggling with this growth and/or stagnate issues. I have developed a comprehensive program geared toward self-empowerment, discovering life purpose, unleashing creative power, generate motivation and promote success. I am dedicated to provide effective mental and emotional health treatment to all those whom seek my assistance.
I have also received therapeutic training in hypnotherapy from the Hypnotherapy Institute of Seattle. This is an intensive spiritually based program with focus and training for addictions, disorders, past life regression, etheric plane communication, spirit releasement, and astral work. In addition I have had extensive training from the World Renowned, Dr. Joseph Costa. This training includes, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, advance past life regression, assessing ones higher-self for powerful spiritual and soul purpose understandings, spiritual releasement work and assessing the Akashic Records. In addition, the board of directors of the International Assembly Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards Congregations have given me the title of: Certified Spiritual Healer, Ordained Minister and Diplomat of Earth Steward. I have also had workshop trainings with Caroline Myss, Medical Intuitive. In addition, I have had extensive life long research collaboration and self study of the “Edgar Cayce Readings” regarding the profound spiritual soul purpose and lessons.
