I have counseled many patients on diet, weight loss, heart disease, meal planning, diabetes, prenatal and postnatal nutrition, etc. I have knowledge of holistic health as well as the many questions asked regarding herbal supplements. I enjoy educating people on the keys to staying healthy. I know how busy life can be and that is why I am here to help take the guess work out of your diet and nutrition journey.

I have experience in Meal planning, nutrition assessment, weight maintenance, holistic health, pregnancy health, obesity, disease and disease prevention to name a few. I am also a Certified Kids Nutrition Specialist. I have successfully counseled and helped hundreds of clients young and seasoned.
