I am currently working exclusively in the area of land title insurance coverage (issuance of policies for both residential and commercial real estate sales and refinance). I have total responsibility for all risk related to title examination, proper settlement at closing and document recording after closing of all real estate transactions within my agency. In the past, I have worked for many years as a mortgage originator for residential real estate and small apartment housing developments. I started my real estate career after leaving college as both a small loan and a second mortgage originator. I have worked for a portfolio lender and I have been required to collect on my own loan transactions.

I have 25 years experience with both owning residential rental property and providing mortgage financing to others as a mortgage loan officer, a Vice President for a small loan company, mortgage broker(owned my own mortgage company), and President of my own title insurance agency (providing employment currently for 12 individuals).
