I'm a chef born in New Orleans. I trained in Provence, Genoa, London, Cancun, and of course New Orleans. I have a vast knowledge of many types of cuisines. I also have great information on entertaining from music to dessert, from flowers to grocery shopping. I have been paid to teach grocery shopping for some of my clients. I'm in the markets daily and I know alot of tips & techniques that chefs really don't want you to know. I keep no secrets.

Over 30 years of rest. experience. Taught cooking classes at William-Sonoma. Worked in some of the best kitchens in Europe and in New Orleans where I was born. Worked for Anne Rice, Don Haley, and Trent Reznor. Owened my own deluxe catering service since 1992. Taught private cooking lessons in New Orleans.
