Experience & Qualifications

Professionally I started with desktop support at Computer City (which was purchased by CompUSA). This led to technical support for a DSL company, then VPN connectivity, followed by network administration and desktop support for an entire company. Finally, I did work for the US government as a systems engineer setting up computers and networks from scratch for various locations and providing support for each site.
