I have been a flooring contractor since 1993. I have installed over 1000 floors including specialty jobs both large and small. These jobs included medallions, borders, special nosings, stair treads, thresholds, flush mount registers, and many other types of installations and aplications.
I am very familiar with the latest tecniques for sanding and finishing hardwood floors, best and worst products, and aplications do's and dont's for water and oil base polyeurathanes.
Detail is one of the things that I pride myself on. I can share some of the tricks of the trade that will allow you to skip all the trial and error stuff, avoid costly mistakes, and finish your job like a Pro.
