All my life, one of my passions has been the written word.
As soon as I was old enough to comprehend written language, I began developing stories. As I grew, my interest led me to pursue a degree based in such a field.
In college (Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA) and as an adult, I've advanced my skills and love for what I consider to be a wonderful form of art.
I would be more than happy to share my skills and talents with anyone in need.

Experience & Qualifications

I published my first book of poetry in 2006 and am in the process of publishing the second. I've worked with five different print publications (Three scholastic and two professional) and four online sources. These include the "Pittsburgh Post-Gazette," "The South Pittsburgh Reporter," "The Globe" (college), "The Cavalcade" (college), "The Pioneer" (college), "Ezinearticles.com,"
"Kriscardiff.com" and two now defunct webzines.
I earned the honor of "Most Valuable Staff Writer" for "The Globe" in 2000. And, Ezinearticles.com has designated me as an "expert author."
I also have extensive knowledge of MLA and AP styles and have experience as a copy editor and assistant editor of the aforementioned "The Pioneer" publication.
