Lakewood, NJ Technical Support Representative Offered assistance and operational support for Mac’s (including G4’s, G3’s, PowerBooks, older Macintosh computers and peripherals), PC’s and Data communication products, resolved hardware and software problems, and gave expert advice in configuring different components and peripherals.
Nov 1999 – Aug 2000 H&R Block Middletown, NJ District Technical Support Specialist Set up and supported PC hardware and software for field offices, maintained an inventory of district equipment, ensured regular communication with district manager on support issues and needs. Conducted troubleshooting in conjunction with computer hardware vendors, World Headquarters associates and Regional Technical Support Specialist. Documented hardware problems and their resolution, and assisted Regional Technical Support in supporting other districts.
