Ups.com enhancements proposed to enhance the user experience through the online channel. As part of this effort UPS.com homepage has been redesigned to accommodate the new features.
These include remembering tracking numbers of the users logged in, and updating the status by auto tracking if the user is still logged in and active. Opening the tracking results in a Thickbox, instead of navigating away from the home page to tracking results page. The site is live on July 11th and can be viewed online at www.ups.com

This project was to redesign wsj.com with a new style and layout. WSJ.com in an online journal for the financial world. Complete skin of the application was redesigned. JSP based modules have been refactored to accommodate the new XHTML tags. Proprietary CMS is used to handle the module mapping to pages and data mapping from content application. D2H engine was written which converts DJML (Dow Jones Markup Language) to HTML by parsing it using SAX parser. The application was live in Sep 2008 and can be viewed at www.wsj.com
