It's common to see churches across America lacking the leadership skills, specifically in the area of worship, to develop or grow and effective and high-impact worship ministry. My objective is to help fill that gap and in doing so accomplish main goals:
1) Bring glory and honor to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ
2) Give church leaders practical strategies for worship ministry
3) Promote unity within local congregations helping them mature their life of worship
What does an effective, high-impact worship ministry look like?
In simple terms: First, the glorification of God is the primary evidence and most visible attribute of the congregation. Second, church leaders are in unity about their approach to and support of any necessary changes to facilitate an ever-maturing worship lifestyle of their congregation. Third, worship team members are committed to personal growth and excellence in their utilization of gifts and talents. And finally, resources (people, time, and money) required to support the ministry are available and being actively deployed to accomplish church worship objectives.
With God's help, I believe I can be a useful tool for you. I can offer short-term tactical advice, or I can develop strategic plans and help lay out the vision for your worship ministry.

Experience & Qualifications

I have participated on worship teams for nearly 20 years, with eight of those years in direct leadership capacity (staff) over worship teams.
My qualifications come directly from God above, praise Him! My specialties range from musicianship to administration, to technology (audio, video, multimedia, etc.)
