• Responsible for all aspects of marketing for an Inc. 500 company including: corporate branding, demand generation, event management, public relations, corporate communications, vendor relations, new product launches, new market launches, and web presence.
• Planned and coordinated every aspect of our monthly events, which had an average guest count between 25 and 300 people. Responsibilities included but were not limited to the following: rental of a venue, hotel rooms, food and beverages, customer registration, creative services, vendor relations, entertainment services, development of a business and marketing plan, sales of sponsorship packages, tent rentals, seminar schedule creation, booking seminar speakers, and surveying attendees for post-event feedback,
• Responsible for taking our annual Technology Summit from an event that hosted 75 people and cost the company $20,000 to a first-class event that hosted 300 people and made the company $36,000.
• Developed and implemented a marketing plan that helped increase sales by 123% in one year.
• Responsible for the sales, management and execution of gold and platinum marketing packages to our vendors, which brought in an additional $96,000 in annual revenue.
• Implemented a lead generation strategy that included a multi-tier approach to demand creation, covering direct mail, email marketing, Google Ad-Words, Web 2.0 strategies, and telemarketing.
• Designed, created and implemented the SDI Support Center Welcome Kit, an eye-catching box which was mailed to news customers and included all of the pertinent information they needed to know about their contracts.
• Created and implemented SDI Rewards, a loyalty and rewards program, designed to offer added incentives to our customer base. The implementation and management of this program resulted in a 276% increase in online sales.
• Participated in quarterly marketing planning and review sessions with all of my strategic vendors. I was told on numerous occasions that I was the only partner that my vendors worked with who actually brought proactive and creative ideas to them and did not depend on their support.

I have been involved in technology sales and marketing since 1996. I have an high level of expertise in all aspects of technology channel sales distribution model. As the Chief Marketing Officer of an Inc. 500 company, I was responsible for putting creative and measurable tactics in placed which were responsible for making us the market leader in our region.
