I have been a Realtor for 12 years (5 yrs in Arizona and 7 yrs in Pennsylvania).
I am a CARTUS certified Relocation specialist with expertise in assisting buyers, sellers, asset inventory sales and asset recovery.
I am also a certified USAA agent and am qualified to assist both buyers and sellers. Most USAA members are connected with the United States military.
I am a certified Short Sale specialist and have been successful in negotiating a number of short sales/pre-foreclosure sales to help people avoid foreclosure and further damage their credit.
I am a member of the Foreclosure/REO sales team for Coldwell Banker Preferred and work with a number of banks in selling foreclosed properties and insuring that the properties are maintained in good condition throughout the sales process.
As a former Executive Court Administrator for the courts in Chester County, PA and Maricopa County, AZ I have close relationships with a number of attorneys who refer clients to me for several reasons: financial difficulties, divorce, estate sales, bankruptcy, pre-foreclosure short sales, etc. I also know many of the Judges within the court system and have done work for the court as it relates to market analysis studies in order to determine property values.
