Hi. My name is Jeff Robinson and I have been in the career management field for 20 years. Over that time, I have developed an easy to follow 5 Step Process for changing jobs or careers that I call Service Quest. It is based upon a philosophy that I call SELLING YOURSELF THROUGH SERVICE. In a nutshell, this means that you figure out exactly who you are and what you have to offer, and then systematically go out and offer it to those organizations that you suspect you can help. That's it - be true to yourself and who you are and find out who values it.
I can offer any assistance you need from answering a simple question to walking you through the entire process complete with forms and exercises. Whatever you choose, my advice and guidance will always be coming from the perspective of giving you permission to be exactly who you are. Here are the steps of my process in detail:
1. DESIGN YOUR SERVICE – You will package yourself and build a brand – create form and substance that people can grab on to and use to differentiate you from other job seekers. If you’re not sure what you want to do, you will learn who you truly are, and build your job search around that. Benefits:

2.- DISCOVER YOUR TARGET SERVICE MARKETS – In this all-important step, you will “grease the wheels” of your job search by narrowing your focus, identifying your key contacts, and discovering the issues that they consider to be crucial to their success. Benefits:

3. CONNECT WITH YOUR TARGET SERVICE MARKETS – Three key things happen here. First, you will meet face-to-face with the people who do the hiring in your target markets. Secondly, you will learn what motivates them. Third, you will get referrals to people who are hiring now. Benefits:
