I come from a large family that relies solely on the cooking and baking of my Grandma. Years ago after having my first child, I decided I would like to learn how to cook and bake and from there, my talent emerged. I have learned to cook and bake so many different dishes not only from American heritage but other cultures as well. I have acquired and logged countless family recipes as well as famous recipes and recipes from friends that I have tried, perfected, and tested and ALL have passed the ultimate taste test, Grandma's taste test. I I can let you know how to make a simple appetizer or treat or walk you through a five course meal with all the trimmings. What I assure you is my recipes will please anyone, every time!

I have a great teacher but also a natural ability to take a recipe and make it my own which seems to please everyone around that tastes what I am cooking up and dishing out. I have also spent years acquiring and perfecting hundreds of recipes for all different types of meals, desserts, appetizers, you name it!
