In August 2007, I graduated from American Intercontinental University Online, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications with a concentration in Digital Media. In 2001, I began as a freelance graphic designer and small business consultant, gaining experience and exposure to the business and marketing world, via courses taken in college and clients that I secured through word-of-mouth advertising. Over the last ten years, I have developed, business plans, marketing plans, advertising plans and market research studies. I have created business cards, brochures, flyers and most marketing and design collateral needed to brand a business. I also have extensive experience in social media planning, using LinkedIn, Twitter, Google AdSense and Facebook, to help promote small businesses, increasing reach and customer demand by placing advertisements and networking on the top three social media networking sites in America.

Since May 2007, I have been self-employed, through my own company, BluPrint Solutions LLC. I provide business consulting as to what marketing and advertising avenues to approach. I am responsible for developing client accounts and relationships. I complete formal letter drafting, e-mail correspondence, business, marketing and advertising proposals. I design, develop and implement PowerPoint presentations. I conduct marketing research studies and prepare reports based on finds, facts, statistics and recommendations. I design business cards, logos, brochures, menus, web interface design and development, created print copy advertisements and direct mailing components. I am involved with media planning and new product development strategies, for start-up businesses and established companies. I offer small business consulting and development along with sales, ad placement, and lead generation. I also have extensive experience in B2B/B2C relations, sales promotions, budget creations (Quarterly, Semi-annually, Annually, three -year & 5-year plans) and social media networking in regards to strategy, planning, execution and management.
From March 2005 – November 2005, I began an unpaid internship as an Assistant Marketing & Promotions Director, with, BW Presents out of Melbourne, FL. I gained hands-on experience in marketing and radio promotions for various entertainment venues. I dealt with International government islands to increase the tourism in that particular area. Handled sponsorship packaging via Power Point, handled the leads and follow-ups with potential sponsors. I was responsible for marketing techniques and tactics, promotions, displays, fliers, informational brochures of event and used excel spreadsheets to track our frequencies.
