I provide coaching on life skills, including interpersonal relationship skills, emotion regulations skills, managing crisis, substance abuse relapse prevention techniques and several other areas dependent on your individual needs. My goal is to help you find a life that consists of meaning and fullfillment. I offer a non-judgmental, validating approach that finds the wisdom in your thoughts, and then helps to break it down to explore and improve the effectiveness of how you are dealing with your situation.

Experience & Qualifications

I have experience in many different areas. I have worked with young children with behavioral problems as well as a therapist for incarcerated youth. I also have experience working both inpatient and outpatient counseling for substance abuse/addiction. Furthermore, I have experience and currently work with adults suffering from severe and persistant mental illnesses, including schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, anxiety disorders, major depression, etc. I also currently specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, designed for people diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. However, I have found this model of therapy to be very effective with many different populations and will sometimes combine these techniques along with other models of therapy. I refine what I do to match the individual that I am working with.
