BA in psychology, Behavioral Therapist specializing in ABA (applied behavior analysis), trained by Autism Partnership and CARD. Also trained in Discrete Trials under UCLA behaviorist for 2 years. I am knowledgeable in the TEACCH program (Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication-handicapped CHildren) and picture schedules. Trained in PECS (picture exchange communication system) and writing social stories. Have experience working in clinical, home and school settings.

I counsel parents of children with autism, as well as other disabilities. I create behavior plans and reward systems and modify school work for children with disabilities when needed. I also come up with systematic plans for teaching social skills! I can write appropriate and individualized social stories for your child.

I have worked with children with special needs for 7 years! I spent my first 3 years learning about autism while working in an SDC classroom. I then became a behavioral therapist for a school district and have been creating and implementing behavior plans for the last 4 years. I also teach social skills to children ages 4-12. I love what I do and put my heart into everything that comes my way!
