Health and nutrition have been a huge part of my life personally also, as my father died at a young age from heart disease. I have maintained an appropriate weight for my height for 30 yrs. by eating healthy and exercising. I also am a certified yoga instructor.

I have been an RN For 17 yrs. I worked on a cardiology floor for 4 yrs. and did a lot of teaching on nutrition for heart disease. I coached some of the patients after they went home. In addition, I've instructed many people on their diabetic eating habits.
