I have an Associates Degree In Early Childhood Development. I have had a lot of personal experiences as well as dealing with others along the way. I was told I would not have children and within a year of being told so, I was pregnant with my first child. I was high-risk and almost lost my daughter twice in the beginning. On top of that, I was dialated to a 3 at 4 months pregnant. I had to recieve progesterone injections once a week until she was born. She was a month early and was a bit small, as well. She has respiratory problems, Acid Reflux, Height Deficiency (she is below the 25 percentile, from the ratings of other babies her age), and possible ADD. I am also raising my 10 year old sister, whom also has ADD and was born with her bottom eyelashes turned inward. She had to have her bottom eyelids turned outward (Surgery) to correct it. Her eyes are twice as small as the normal eyes and she also wears glasses. (Without them, shes nearly blind). Ive also dealt with my fair share of behavorial problems with both girls, on various occasions. My father has Lung Cancer, Asthma & diabetes, I also take care of him & keep him as healthy as possible. I have studied & dealt with a lot of serious child ilnesses and would love to help with even the smallest cold. No question is too small or too big. I will do my best to answer everything and anything that you may need help with from children, pregnancies, infants, GERD, SIDS, breastfeeding, preemies, post pregnancy, post partum depression, etc.
