Having walked the transformational journey myself, I'm inspired to walk besides others on THEIR transformational journey. You can have a one-time session with me for questions that have shorter answers or you can have recurring sessions if you wish. My approach requests my clients to be active participants in the process. I inspire and guide my clients to know the answers and take accountability in the conscious creation of a life they desire by asking questions and sharing what I know can guide them in the direction, because I believe that is what will truly benefit them and the effects will be lasting. I enjoy the process and I focus on seeing results! I use a wide range of techniques and modalities including wholeness work, subpersonalities work, body-centered guidance, spiritual-oriented mentoring, coaching and all that I've learned from my growth experience to guide you in connecting more intimately with yourself and others, including your relationship partners. For live chat and email sessions, this is mainly carried out by experiential writing. We explore and move over the barriers that may be blocking you to your intentions, explore beliefs, increase awareness and encourage action! This can lead to different views of the current relationships you may have now. Those who choose to work with me are often action-oriented seekers who desire to experience a shift on their growth journey and to live with more awareness and empowerment. Playwork emails are optional add ons for clients who have had 50 minute sessions or over and desire to deepen and accelerate the process. I'm on an ongoing journey of growth, and I welcome anyone who truly desires to experience a transformational shift and growth to connect with me!
