I took a lot of computer classes in high school and basically taught myself how to build a computer. I can do just about anything possible with computers, and I'm a great communicator so I can explain this to someone else. If I don't know how to do something, I know where to find how to do it. I also worked in technical support for RoadRunner (Time Warner Cable) doing everything from viruses, winsock resets and internet resets to invalid ip addresses and installing software.
