On initial contact, I listen to the problem, challenge or any other question that is submitted.
I then ask from the client an overview of the entire situation and make a determination if I can be of help or not. I only handle cases for which I have sufficient knowledge or for which I can sense a clear upside potential.
If I feel confident that I can bring a positive solution to a problem, I ask for additional information to help formulate a detailed proposal. The fee included in that proposal is adjusted to represent an affordable investment for the client and can also take a variety of forms.
If the recommended steps are implemented, the results should more than pay for that nominal cost. Very soon, the business should be in a position to earning the income it deserves, leapfrogging its competition or staying well ahead of its sector.
Upon execution of the agreement, I start researching ideas and solutions. Within a mutually agreed time frame, I report my findings to the client. If multiple options are offered, these may vary in scope, effectiveness and costs of implementation. At a client’s request, further research can be conducted to fine-tune a targeted strategy.
Most importantly, I only handle a limited, hand-picked number of cases, providing me with the time, the energy and the attention necessary to render the very best service possible.

Finding creative solutions to problems is simply what I do best; I can hardly see a puzzling situation without envisioning a better way to resolve it, or a process without visualizing a smoother way to make it happen.
I believe that innovative thinking and radical new approaches will continue to solve most of humanity's problems. I also see in constant re-invention a form of rebirth and an endless source of new energy.
