My areas of expertise are: Recruitment and Selection (R&S), Training and Development (T&D), Performance and Compensation (P&C), Organizational Behavior, Job analysis, Job Description (JD) and Performance Management System.
I have work experience in Home Textile Industry. Major Job activities that I have performed there are including; developed performance appraisal formats, recruited suitable candidates, organized training sessions for top and middle management and developed job descriptions for existing as well as new employees.
I believe that Human Resources are the live blood for any company. Human Resource should be aligned to the corporate strategy of the organization. Placing the right people at the right time on the right position leads to success of any organization.
