I have been a personal fitness trainer for 12 years, working with clients in both gym and home settings, and believe that both strength training and cardio exercise are important for general health and well-being as well as improving appearance. I currently run 5K races and walk half marathons. I am a student and teacher of tai chi. I am also a fitness writer and editor of fitness publications, both online and in print media.
