I currently coach 21 companies in a business incubator and another 30 in both expansion and restructuring. My concentrations are strategic planning, negotiation, reorganization, and transformational actions. My advice spans from a start-up concept of one person through advising large organizations on resizing, remargining, and finally growth. I am currently advising many businesses on how to diversify product and service offerings to reduce dependency on the auto and appliance industries. As a sideline I also have an expertise in maximizing financial aid for parents of college students through investing in income real estate to reduce AGI thus increasing FAFSA awards.

Prior to this I have served as a consultant to over 20 nationwide companies in various needs from product development through strategic planning. I have invested in income property for decreasing AGI to increase financial aid for my childrens college costs. I have founded 10 businesses in four different industries and published extensively. My depth are of experience is in magnetic memory systems with my thesis topic being the world's first 3.50 erasable optical disc drive.
