I work with a broad range of clients who are seeking assistance with issues such as: career exploration, job search strategies, personal branding (resume & letter writing), interview preparation, and career change/transition. My life coaching emphasizes work~life balance, exploring strengths & life roles, plus effective time and stress management strategies. I also have specialty training in the administration and interpretation of personality and career assessments.
In Coaching, coach and client work together to identify what motivates the client and to clarify aspirations the client can pursue with passion. Coaching provides a framework of non-judgemental support and encouragement for the client, to identify goals and take very specific action steps to achieve meaningful results.
