My Expert Service
I have extensive experience in both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions ("M&A") transactions. Much of this experience is as a "principal." In other words, most of my career has not been as a consultant / investment banker but as an executive who was fully accountable for the quality of the closed deals (and not quantity)! I have assisted clients/employers in every phase of the deal spectrum, including strategy development, deal sourcing, negotiation strategy, valuations, due diligence, legal documentation, consultant input (environmental, ERISA, HSR, etc.), public relations, regulatory compliance, deal execution and integration planning. I think like an executive and a shareholder.

Experience & Qualifications
I have 15 years of post graduate school experience in my area of expertise. I have closed deals in several countries and in a broad range of industries, including health care services, engineering & construction, automotive aftermarket, precision machining, environmental consulting, direct mail, manufacturing, beauty supplies manufacturing and retail. Transaction types include asset purchases, stock purchases, joint ventures, divestitures and D/B/F/O projects. I have run the corporate development department for a successfull roll-up/consolidation strategy funded by two top-tier private equity groups and have been the dealmaker in two Fortune 500 companies.
