Experience & Qualifications

I have spent several years consulting organizations in the public, private, and non-profit space. I have completed multiple short-term and long-term consulting engagements focused on organizational design and development, strategy, and operational efficiency. I have experience with finance; however I am not interested in answering textbook questions on CAPM models or Betas. I have spend some time overseas in emerging markets and can lend some insight there, however I would not consider myself an expert in the field. I’m most interested in aiding businesses between $500K - $10 million in revenues to grow strategically (and swiftly) and dealing with organizational design challenges. I’d also enjoy aiding a non-profit looking to grow.
