My philosophy is that of an Adlerian therapist. Helping is a partnership tailored to each client. I recognize and respect the importance of culture to an individual’s belief system. I believe that life does not come with a set of instructions. Life comes with problems. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed. My role is to turn an overwhelming mountain of problems into an anthill. We believe that you can discover a richer and satisfying life because of the services that you receive. This is a process that involves the client and the counselor who establish a plan for services that contains mutually agreed upon goals and objectives.

WINNEBAGO MENTAL HEALTH INSTITUTE. Behavioral Treatment Director; evaluate treatment program progress and make program changes as needed. Provide evaluations of competency to stand trial and evaluation of commitment. Provide individual, group and family therapy.
CONNECTION’S DAY SCHOOL Provide individual, group and family therapy. Establish therapeutic and rehabilitative activities leading to successful learning.
THE COALITION FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS OF LIVING, INC. Provide psychological and educational testing. Provide consultation with psychologist on research designs, computer selection, and software selection. Create special computer programs to fill special needs.
PERSONNEL ASSESSMENT CENTER Assist in the development and validation of industrial, firefighter and police officer management evaluation screening packages.
