Joseph runs the well-established Personal Training company – Smiles Training. Joseph started in Jan. 2002 and Smiles Training looks after clients from South Hertfordshire (Tring, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, and Watford) to Hampstead and Holland Park, London, U.K.
Joseph helps clients successfully get exactly what they want. He helps clients with general health and fitness improvements, weight-loss, back and neck problems, rehabilitation after surgery, and he has recently developed a holistic weight-loss concept.
