I can even if necessary, and with your permission of course, directly connect and remotely control your computer and fix the problem myself without you having to do anything. I am also a serious gamer, on games including WoW, runescape, xbox 360, ps2, battlefield 2, so if your having problems geting games to run properly, or your PS2 or XBOX is acting funny, i can help with that as well.
