My Expert Service
|
|
I am the founder of Family Works Community Counseling, a family systems based practice and training program located in the San Francisco Bay Area, providing brief, powerful strategies for change to families coping with a range of mental health problems and complications in living.
I bring a directness to my work, combined with humor and a deep respect for the courage required to create change.
I am certified in two highly-recognized, evidence-based therapy models: Multidimensional Family Therapy, and Brief Strategic Family Therapy. I have also studied Structural Family Therapy intensively at The Minuchin Center in New York, under George Simon, LMFT, twice-president of TMC, and former student of SFT's founder, Dr. Salvador Minuchin.
I grew up in a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri, and has lived in both the Patagonia and Buenos Aires with his Argentinian wife.
