My company invests in, manages, and develops industrial, office, and retail properties around the U.S. I oversee the asset management and development arms of the business. This means that I analyze pro formas, cashflows, leases, contracts, etc. I negotiate with lenders, tenants, municipalities, brokers, general contractors, engineers, attorneys, etc. I underwrite acquisitions and dispositions, as well as manage due diligence and property management on all properties in our portfolio

I hold the (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute of the national board of realtors. The CCIM credential is convoked on only 8% of all commercial real estate professionals around the world.
During my 6+ years in the real estate business, I have arranged financing for over $30million in real estate loans. I have experience in defeasing loans, CMBS loans, construction loans, etc. I have developed retail and office buildings. I have overseen the acquisition and disposition of over one million square feet of real estate assets. As asset manager, I routinely deal with property management issues ranging from accrual accounting to capital improvement budgeting to tenant improvement negotiations and leasing.
