Design PLC based Marine Controls, Load monitoring systems and MMI display applications as per job requirements. Production liaison between the customer and peripheral personnel during the design, construction, testing and delivery stages. Project management including design, quality control, scheduling, incidentals, recovery, manufacturing, testing and sub-contractor coordination for proper on time delivery of product. Project management and design of upgrades to existing Naval and Marine Government contracts including base security clearance. Design of new products including 4-20ma signal conditioner interface cards, RTD sensor interface, single and bipolar analog interface cards, PCB architecture, Omron, ABB and Moeller PLC programming, visual interface design using CTC, Windmill, Wonderware, Xycom, Nematron and Notebook Pro MMI applications. Provide in-house and field electrical support to our service and sales department in troubleshooting, new job sales and repairing customer problems. Field startup of new jobs including mechanical and electrical inspections.
