I have 14 plus years of experience in the insurance claims industry from investigation and settlement of claims to litigation of small claims for a corporation. Over the years I have worked for many of the largest insurance companies in the U.S., as well as some of the smallest. I have held such insurance claim related titles as Claim Investigator, Recovery Specialist, Bankruptcy Specialist, Claims Consultant, Corporate Tort-Recovery Supervisor, Senior Injury Claims Adjuster, Complex Claim Recovery Specialist, Property Damage Adjuster, Total Loss Adjuster, Subrogation Specialist, Commercial Property Claim Recovery Specialist, Legal Assistant, and Small Claims Litigator/Advisor. I have noticed that there is a surprising amount of bullmalarcky (hehe) going on by a surprising amount of people. It has become more apparent as I have grown older that most people don’t know if what they are saying is true or not, they just say it because someone else told them it was true (at least this was the norm for my “peers” when I was holding many of the above listed positions). Anyway, I pride myself on not having that bull factor. Before I say or write anything, I have evidence that I am correct.
