Particle Wave Creative provides Event Production Management to the Special Events Industry. Particle Wave Creative will work with the Event Planner, contract and manage all the technical aspects of an event including but not limited to, sound, lighting, lighting design, video, rigging, power, scenic and décor design, installation and contract labor for install, operation and dismantle of all the departments. PWC will also develop conceptual images of the proposed event so the client has a visual of what the event is going to look like. PWC will also develop production plots to layout cable runs, power distribution, rigging and fixture placement. We will also produce master production to ensure that the production is moving forward in a timely manner.
With lighting PWC will create an atmosphere and set the tone for an event. Enhancing the theme of the event using lighting.
Particle Wave Creative will also offer and educational component to our clients, employees and Freelance Lighting Designers who wish to learn more about design and programming.

Experience & Qualifications

Karen has been involved in the Event Production industry for 15 years. She began her career in Sales and Marketing of the industry, successfully building a Special Events division of a company increasing revenues from $0 to $380,000 in less than two years. Karen has an understanding of the technical aspects of an event and how it all comes together. Karen has years of experience producing and managing events.
Formerly, Karen was a Director of Production for a lighting company in Baltimore MD, managing 6 full time people and 35 contractors. She also has years of experience directing general stagehand labor on an event site. Telling them what to do, how to do it and what is expected of them.
